Terms of use

Use this site for learning, course preparation, and personal study.

Effective August 31, 2026

Course requirements

This site supports ACC 300 at Michigan State University. The official Broad syllabus and direct instructor announcements control course requirements. D2L is the official location for graded submissions, grades, and feedback unless an assignment states that it will be completed or collected in class.

Practice completed on this site is not submitted and does not count toward your grade. If two course instructions appear to conflict, contact the instructor before relying on either one.

Educational use

The explanations, examples, and practice materials are educational resources. They are not accounting, audit, tax, legal, or investment advice for an actual person or organization. Check current authoritative guidance and the relevant facts before making a professional decision.

Downloads and reuse

You may download the files that the site provides for your own course work and personal study. Do not sell, repost, or distribute a substantial copy of the site's original material without permission. Material credited to another author, publisher, or organization remains subject to that source's terms and rights.

Responsible access

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use automated requests in a way that prevents other people from using it. Do not use the site or its materials for an unlawful purpose.

External sites

Links to D2L, iClicker, publishers, professional sources, and other services leave this site. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. A link is provided because the resource may be useful; it is not a promise that the external page will remain available or unchanged.

Corrections and changes

Course material can be corrected or updated. The date and effect of a course change will be communicated through the course when it affects assigned work, a deadline, or grading. Enrolled students can report a broken link or possible error through D2L.
