Instructional scope
The transfer packet identifies the parties, transferred interests, and all linked agreements. It then documents legal isolation, transferee rights, effective control, servicing, recourse, repurchase terms, and retained interests before applying a supplied sale or borrowing calculation.
Stop conditions
Pause when a material agreement, legal-opinion scope, consolidation conclusion, transferee right, or repurchase term is missing. Cash proceeds and transfer form cannot establish derecognition.
